Prime Resources Corporation Further Strengthens its Sales Force

BRIDGEPORT, CT - December 10, 2001- Prime Resources Corporation, a Counselor Top 25 Supplier, hired Larry Baida as Regional Sales Manager to build upon Prime's customer relationships in its Western sales territory that includes Southern California, Arizona and Utah.

"Larry was brought onboard to enhance the relationships that we have with our customers in our Western territory," stated Prime's National Sales Manager, Paula Shulman. She went on to explain, "His promotional product industry experience - Larry is a third generation industry professional -- began on the East Coast where he spent five years expanding, maintaining and servicing a strong customer base." Industry experience includes sales management with Norwood Promotional Products and Benchmark Industries.

Along with Prime, Baida concurrently represents Logotec, a supplier of bags and totes for business.
