Prime Line Production Time Guidelines

3-5 Day* Service Requirements:

Standard Turnaround is approximately 3 - 5 working days (unless otherwise noted in the catalog) after receipt of order and acceptable artwork, or after approval of proofs (if required) or other changes.
Catalog quantities only. For orders in excess of catalog quantities, contact factory.
One-color, one position imprints only. Laser engraving on wood items not available.
Must be a credit established account in good standing and within credit limits.
Ship To address and shipping method must be stated on order. Orders not specifying method of shipment will be shipped by ground. If quicker method is required, airfreight must be authorized.
No special packaging or drop ships available.

Production will not begin until service requirements above have been met.

PRIME EXPRESS 1-Day RUSH** Service Requirements:

Order must be clearly marked "1-Day Rush." It will ship one working day after receipt of complete order and artwork plus approved credit. Example: An order received by 1:00 PM ET Friday will be shipped the following Monday by the end of the day.
Order and Approved Art must be received by 1:00 PM ET . An order confirmation will be faxed by 5:00 PM the same day. If received after 1:00 PM , order will be considered as received the next day.
NO proofs of any kind are available. Your request for the PRIME EXPRESS service constitutes your acceptance of the entire order without approving an art proof. If a proof is required, production time will be longer. Please contact factory for production schedule.
Art Requirements - Please see Art Requirements at primeworld.com. E-mail Art must be submitted to art@primeworld.com (please type "1-Day RUSH" in the subject line) and must be received by 1:00 PM .
