Do you have an un-branded catalog I can link to?
--Yes! If you would like to utilize our online product catalog for your Web site, you can link to our unbranded catalog. We will keep this catalog updated for you, so you never have to do any maintenance. For more information, visit our instructions page .

How do I order your products?
--We sell our products through promotional products distributors. We do not sell directly to advertisers. To purchase our products contact your distributor. If you do not have a distributor, you can submit our Inquiry Form and we will have a distributor in your area contact you.

How do I get a password for Distributor Login?
--The password protected area of primeworld.com, our Distributor Login, contains information that is only pertinent to our distributor partners. If you registered to use the login but forgot your password, If you are a distributor and have not registered to login, register now for instant access!.

Can I use the text or images from your site?
--All of the materials on our Web pages are the exclusive property of Prime Resources Corporation. Written permission is needed to use any content from our site. Only distributors of our products or their Web development partners excluded—do not need permission and may reproduce any part of our site without prior written consent—for the sole purpose of reselling Prime Line products. Otherwise using any content from our site and offering it for sale will be considered copyright infringement and a violation of our terms of use.

What is the set up charge?
-- The set up charge is applied per color/position for most items. Please check specific items for exceptions. A separate laser engraving set-up charge may also be applied per position. A set-up charge is not applied to exact reorders.

What is the standard production time?
-- Prime attempts to work with distributors to meet their specified in-hand date. Standard production time is approximately 3-5 working days after receipt of order for credit established accounts. Production time does not include the day we received the order. Production will begin after approval of any applicable proof. Orders not specifying shipment method will be shipped ground. Allow extra time for orders without proper artwork and orders in excess of catalog quantities.

Is 'Rush Service' available?
-- Yes. In 2002, we introduced PRIMEXPRESS 1-Day Rush Service on virtually all items in our line. Details and restrictions can be found here .

Do you accept electronic art?
-- We have a state-of-the art graphics department. We accept art via our e-mail, floppy disk and zip disk. For the required format, please see our Art Requirements .

What are your custom product capabilities?

Do you charge for exact color matches?
-- Yes. It takes time to mix inks to match your PMS request. Our PMS match charge is $30 (G). We cannot guarantee exact matches on black items or stress balls.

Can you print 4 color process?
-- With our state-of-the art printing processes, we are able to silkscreen 4 color process artwork, which differs from the offset printing process. It is available on some items in our catalog, but not recommended on all items. There are some art limitations. Contact customer service for specifics.

What is Pad printing?
-- A recessed surface is covered with ink. When the plate is wiped clean, ink remains in the recessed areas. A silicone pad then presses against the plate, pulls the ink out of the recesses, and presses it directly onto the product.

What is Silk Screen printing?
-- An image is transferred to the printed surface by ink squeegeed through a stenciled screen stretched over a frame. Screens are treated with a light-sensitive emulsion, then film positives are put in contact with the screens and exposed to light. Light hardens the emulsion not covered by the film, leaving a soft area on the screen for the squeegee to force ink through. Also called silkscreening.
