Prime Resources Corp. and LogotecUSA Join Forces BRIDGEPORT, CT - February 5, 2004 - Prime Resources Corporation, a Counselor Top 25 Supplier, announced that Logotec USA, a textile bag supplier in Irvine, California is now part of the Prime Line family. Jeff Lederer , Prime's VP of Product Development announced, "Prime is thrilled that Logotec USA is now part of the Prime Line family. Logotec is a fabric bag company that sells all sorts of cooler bags, briefcases and portfolios, and they have been in the industry for close to 6 years." Lederer went on to explain, "Recently we discussed broadening Prime's product categories to include bags, and the opportunity of this acquisition presented itself at the right time." One important asset of Logotec is the imprinting. This patented/proprietary decorating process of Image Bonding for every order includes up to a 3 color imprint at no extra charge.
